The umbrella companies are effective in providing payroll services to all the large scale corporate sectors. The entire procedure of billing the agency as well the clients is a 3-tier system. It is the client for whom the task has been assigned. The client is responsible for appointing the agency. This agency will be responsible for recruiting the staffs who will work on contractual basis. This agency will also be responsible for managing the contractor accounts.
