3. Language needs to be fun. Learning in a classroom is important for any subject, because you need the theoretical and academic basis on which to build. You need a variety of different situations in which to study Chinese, and nothing can beat the variety you get if you learn Chinese in China. This is because the entire country is your classroom, and you can learn things every minute of every day. From taking the bus to class and ordering lunch to negotiating with a street vendor and paying your bills at the bank, the opportunities to practice when you learn Chinese in China are endless.

Although you may not have considered even learning Chinese, it is a language that will certainly become important in the future for businesses around the world. With that being said, it is important to learn a difficult language in a place where you can progress more quickly and really immerse yourself in both the language and culture.
