Similar many manufacturer not only focus on the Laptop that is more updates but they also try to launch which is the best laptop that suits your need. HP has recently has come up with the Latest Laptop which will has been produced for the Low budgets, however with better configuration which other have failed to do so far.

The new Laptop from HP comes with Intel Core i3, however the processor is of enter level i.e. T4500 which is i3 but it is from last year. However there are no other manufacturer that I see can offer you a decent Laptop with $550 price tag. The Pavilion has max turbo of 2.53 GHz and the Hard Disk is of 500 GB with 5,400rmp. The speed of hard disk is average and if you want to user this Laptop for anything else than browsing or checking mail you may experience sluggish performance.
Average Input and Output
There is no big surprise in the input and output section. The Computer does not include any USB 3.0, you will have to settle down with a 3 USB 2.0 ports along with a SD card slot. The standard wireless and Ethernet port and the DVD burner, the DVD burner comes with a Light Scribe, well to be honest you don’t need to know as you may never need it. The Laptop is a not bad in this section as it includes all that is common for the Laptops around the $500. Thus we can say it is just the average input out that we all have already been seeing in recent times.
Appearance
The Laptop has a beautiful appearance and the plastic body is far better than the Last year. You can find your best shade among the dark gray or light gray color. The Lid of the Laptop is also fingerprint resistance. However the screen takes a hit because of the plastic body. The Chassis is far better that what it was last year and gives a lot better felling than other Low budget laptops. The keyboard will bring you back to the ground of budget Laptop. The keyboard is flat and hard. However the surprise element was the touchpad. Touchpad is the only place you fell like HP has done a wonderful job. The touch pad is made of textured plastic and gives you a wonderful experience.
Performance
It goes without saying less powerful processor you have lesser the performance goes. The Laptop is not as fast as the other, but again they will be expensive by $100. The old generation i3 processor only gives you poorer battery back which turns out to be 1hrs 50 min. The Laptop has been an average one and the battery has been below average.
