This is just a general ramble about the launching of a website which a friend of mine was involved with. This friend contacted me a few months ago and mentioned that he wished to launch a website in order to promote his hotel. We were discussing how to make it successful and how much benefit there actually was to having a website.
We live in an age of computers and pretty much all areas of our lives are run by some sort of computer, even when you think that it is not. For example, even sitting in your car you are at the mercy of computers because it is a computer which will be controlling the traffic signals and telling you when to go and stop.
