You have to come in the same Home group. When you come in same Home group then you must procure the password of it to access the group. When you join the same group then your system becomes the part of it. To access the Home group you have to go to the Control Panel there you have to type ‘Home group’ in the search box which is available there. Here you will discoverthe option of ‘Join Now’, there just click on it. If there is no Join now button then it can be understood that no group is active and it ensures that no Home group is existed there.
The network discovery should be visible and through it you can decide that which users can access it and get the data. For such work Windows Firewall are designed and you can enable that without any type of problem. So for sharing through the Home group you have to turn Network Discovery on so that other users can access the data.
