Design and Layout
Typically, the first thing you’re going to inspect in the condo is its design and layout, particularly when it comes to the flooring, doors, rooms, and windows. You must carefully assess if the layout suits your taste and lifestyle. It might be that you would need to install a whole lot of other furnishings or remodel the space so that it will look the way you want it to.
Noise Quality
You probably already know that most condominiums are situated in urban areas which garner a lot of noise pollution, including traffic and construction noise. If you’ve been living in the city for a long time, it probably won’t bother you. But if you find it affects your quality of life, then look for another building that’s a little more secluded and quiet.
Security and Privacy
Since condo units are constructed closely together, you might want to check for prying eyes and nosy neighbors. You should also make sure that the condo has competent security. There should be a security personnel constantly checking the building and conducting rounds to protect against crimes and crooks. Additionally, the parking space, and the whole building in general, must be well lit especially at night.
Emergency Protocol
