BSS OSS are the two most frequently used terms in IT sector. BSS stands for Business Support Operations and OSS stands for Operation Support Systems. The former deals with the internal matter of the company and checks the speed and efficiency with which the job is done. It ensures timely delivery of all the services concerned. The latter deals with everything related to the external factors of the company like clients or customers.

Experts are of the opinion that running an IT operation is like doing two businesses at the same time since the load of work is double here than regular businesses. Thus, it has become really simple to introduce telecom and communication system anywhere in the world.

It involves both prepaid and postpaid method of billing. This automated system is used most of the companies since it is not possible to do billing manually when the customer database is huge. Along with making the procedure fast, it has made it accurate as well. Now, the customers do not have to face any kind of mismanagement and error.
