Started over 63 years back, aiphone has gone on to become one of the leading names in the world of communication. Aiphone is the largest manufacturer of intercom systems. A luxury when it was first produced in 1951 and now an indispensable thing, ai phone has become a part of every house. With its dedicated effort, within three years of its first mass production it raised itself as a world leader and a registered brand internationally. Founded in Japan in 1948, within a short span, it started exporting and by 1970, it had opened a U.S. subsidiary in Washington, no mean achievement for a company within twenty years of existence.

Just over 10 years of it expanding its wing to the U.S., aiphone became the first intercom manufacturer to receive the Deming Prize. It is for their relentless pursuit of perfection, that they got the highest international award for quality control. What more, they remain the only firm to have got the award.

It was then and now, they export to more than 60 countries.

In 1993, aiphone were honored with ISO 9001 certification. They were the first manufacturers to have received the recognition. Getting an International Standards Organization, certification announces to the world that yours is the best quality product. The firm did not rest on its laurels and strive hard and finally notched up the ISO- 14001 approval.

Aiphone products are in use at homes, hospitals, establishments and the like. With security being big threat now, the firm has produced a range of security products. From high-end video entry system to simple door answering ones, aiphone have something for everyone. The quality of each product is such that it is for a long time undisputed leader in the field of intercom and has churned out products that lasts long, really long and are also highly reliable too.
