Demi Moore breaks down from divorce aftermath, seeks professional help

“Actress Demi Moore is seeking professional help to treat "exhaustion" and "overall health" issues, her spokeswoman said on Tuesday, following her split late last year from husband of six years, Ashton Kutcher”, Reuters writes.

"Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends," Moore's spokeswoman said in a statement to Reuters.

The official release of the above statement was due to the initial scandal of Demi being rushed to the hospital after a 911 call. Celebrity news website TMZ.com cited substance abuse as the cause, but that could not be confirmed.

Because of this, one cannot help but link such an unfortunate event to her recent filing of divorce to Ashton Kutcher. The said divorce case was filed sometime in November last year and have dealt serious damage to the actress ever since.

Some people are speculating that Demi’s ‘slowly losing it’ and that the divorce is ‘seriously taking a toll on her.’ If one watches TMZ almost everyday, you must’ve caught glimpse of news regarding Kutcher’s ‘partying’ half across the globe – in Brazil particularly – with an unknown woman and not batting an eyelash on questions.

But whether or not (and I strongly believe that it IS the cause) Demi’s divorce is the reason behind her suffering, she undoubtedly needs one thing: a place where she can relax, unwind and think of the happenings for the past months.
