3.Leave room for changes – let us face it, there is no such thing as a perfect business plan. No matter how elaborate your planning can be, if there is a sudden change in the market or the economy, then you will have to make the necessary adjustments. Does it seem like a tall order? Not really. You are just giving your own business some slack for the future.

4.Think of planning as an evolving part of business – you might think that you have made a really good plan. Yes, that may be true: for now. If you want to be sure that you are not compromising yourself by sticking to narrow pointers in your plan, imagine the document as a growing, living piece of business. You have to accept that if you want to truly understand how to make a really good plan. This is a necessity if you want to get good sales leads.
