There was a child named Shrey who was very stubborn. He never used to listen to his parents and do whatever he felt like. He had developed this attitude because of his mother, whenever Shrey commit any mistake, she never scolded him or gave him warning like if next time he repeats this mistake she will be punishing him for his awful behavior. Shrey never got this type of threatening so his behavior was becoming miserable day by day.

Shrey’s father was so upset because of his behavior that he stopped taking him out. He was not able to find out that why his son is behaving in this way, why his child doesn’t behave well like others child? He had a discussion about this matter with his wife but they didn’t come up with reasonable answer. One day shrey’s father was at home, he was reading newspaper in his lawn. Shrey was also in his home as he got off from his school.

He was playing in the lawn and then suddenly his father’s colleague arrived. His father asked his wife to bring tea for his colleague. When mother brought the tea and was serving the tea to them, Shrey came and spit in his father’s colleague tea. His father got angry and was about to slap him, then his mother stopped and said leave him, he is just a kid. After saying this she pampered her child and sent him back at his room. This incident made his father realized that his wife giving a way to the son to behave in this manner.

Child should be taught then and there when they behave in a unpleasant way. When the child’s bad behavior is not controlled at the younger age then it becomes very difficult for the parents to reform when they enter into adulthood. Good parenting is the skill of promoting physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of child from childhood to adulthood. Parents protect the child from the harm, instill skills and cultural values till they become sensible. Children begin to make their identity after their birth, develop interpersonal communication or interpersonal communication by observing their adults.

Sometimes situation occur that parents feel very helpless but still they don’t give up as they know the fact that they are the only person who can teach them the good habits, any outsider won’t come to teach their child. In this world all children is born with traits and it is the duty of the parents to groom or enhance them. Everyone is born with hereditary potential and that is then shaped and molded by our surroundings or our culture. Here the culture means the social group which helps us to form attitudes, beliefs, customs and values. As parents we should also ensure that we have positive attitudes. Families from different background have different ways of training or raising their children. Problem occurs when the children don’t get sufficient guidance and love. Additionally child must feel that they are secure in their family environment. When the child grows under the eye of the parents and other adults, then they develop unique personality.
