Shelters for Party Purposes
If you're the social type, you probably enjoy being the center of attention – and what better way to do that than to throw a nice party for all your friends and relatives! Of course, there's only so much you can do if you only have access to one spot for those parties, and sooner or later you'll have to start getting more creative if you want to keep your guests entertained and coming back for more.
And one of the best ways to spice up your party is to have it at an unusual place – like outdoors, for example. This can be done very easily with the help of the right equipment – and the most important ingredient is a proper tent which can hold a large number of people and provide adequate protection outside. Buying a party tent isn't that difficult, the trick is in choosing the right model for your needs from all the different ones that are available on the market – even if you limit yourself to one single company you're still going to find plenty of different choices to make.
The most important characteristic of a party tent is its capacity – it's important to know how many people it can hold, and you should never invite any more guests than that. Actually, as a rule of thumb, it's a good idea to not even come close to the maximum capacity of the tent in the first place – so for example, if it's listed as having a capacity of 50 people, you should try not to pack it with more than 40 guests at any time.
Use this knowledge when shopping for a tent to figure out the right size – just think of the regular number of attendants that you see at your events, and add a dozen or so to that to find out what kind of a tent you should be looking for. Of course, this number scales up with the number of people themselves, so larger numbers would require a larger "safety" room to ensure that the tent is always utilized properly.
Durability is also important, but there's another feature that's much more crucial for a tent that will be used for party purposes – its speed of deployment. You should choose a model that's easy to set up and make it usable in a short period of time, because it's not rare that you may have to deploy your party tent on short notice, and in these cases it's definitely very helpful to know that you can do it with as little hassle as possible.
Warranty is also good to consider – depending on how you use your tent, you may end up seeing damage on it sooner or later, so it's good to know that this is covered by an extensive, properly designed warranty plan, which will allow you to get a new tent at a lower price, or even have the current one repaired/replaced for no cost! This all depends on the specific warranty deal that you have though, so look carefully and know what the conditions are.
