Fats are the main reason for obesity and health issues; it has become a great concern for everyone who has obesity problem; it is not at all easy to get rid of fats so easily; one needs to show lots of determination to get that slim and trim body.

Now the question is which is the best diet? a diet which is low on fats obviously is a good diet when on fat loss also you should not eat junk food; junk food kills your body and creates health issues; junk food are oily stuff, bad for our health.
When we are on a diet we need to understand that we need only vital proteins, vitamins and minerals for being healthy; so the best diet during weight loss should contain all these nutrients; red meats like of goat, cow, ducks should be included in your diet; also you need to take eggs, fish, chicken in your diet; when on weight loss program I would recommend you to take milk with protein supplement to give you strength; fruits and nuts should be taken many times in day; vegetables as far as possible try to eat raw and meat should be roasted instead of cooking them. Remember all these things won’t increase fat on your body but will give strength and stamina.
You should remember one thing that if you are trying to lose fat, a balanced diet will help you but the process of trimming would be very slow; if you want faster results you need to also workout in a gym or at home to lose those extra kilos of fat.
