# Dumbbells are very good for weight loose and that too very fast. But for that you need to know the right weight of the dumbbells that you can carry every day. For ladies this can be highly muscle power giving so using lower weights are better.

Now let us see some of the foods and vegetables for weight loss as if you wish to go for quick ways to lose weight you not only need to perform daily exercises but also go for a healthy diet.
