Neck lift surgery is seen as a boon for all those who were sick and tired of hiding their scars like wrinkles on neck. Basically, Neck lift is performed under general anesthetic and the surgery takes 2–3 hours. However, it will be mandatory for the patient to remain in the hospital for 2 nights. Most important neck rejuvenation procedure includes liposuction for the younger neck, correction of chin ad front part of the neck and endoscopic assisted neck lift. Neck lift rejuvenation can last several hours and is performed with a combination of general (intravenous) anesthesia and local anesthesia. The skin is then pulled up and back and the excess skin is removed. The incisions are hidden behind the ears.

Post neck lift surgery, it is advised to sleep strictly on your back so as to prevent swelling on one side. Swellings and bruises clear up in 14 days. Finally, it takes 9 to 18 months for the scars to fully mature. Thus, it is all about the neck lift surgery.
