Our body is the most complicated yet simple working machine of the universe. It is composed of various organs that let our body function and parts that make us physically perform. We all know that bones are the pillars of our body. They are the ones that make us move, kick, write, eat etc. Basically bones are the supporters of our body.

These supporters of the body called bones are strongest yet breakable parts of our body. These bones need survive on calcium. In other words, bones need calcium to be strong. As we grow old generally our body is prone to go weak. In the current scenario wherein all the food we eat is adulterated, our body is not supplied with required protein, vitamin and minerals that keep our body strong. This makes our body more prone to become weaker. In such conditions, any physical mishap can break the bones which are generally the common victims in case of a mishap. Results of such mishaps are fractures that can be joined through treatment or in some cases lead to bone breakage which cannot be joined but can be repaired through medical aid.

With medical science developing day by day, there has been lot of developments in the bone treatments as well. Therefore, in case of any fracture or orthopaedic surgery, bone screws and plates are the commonly used resources.

Bone Screw Manufacturers are nothing but small fixtures that are inserted into the affected bone to hold the bone. These screws depending upon the degree of bone damage can be inserted temporarily or permanently through a surgery. These bone screws are available in different sizes and shapes depending upon the bone under surgery. The biggest challenge while inserting bone screws is that, a doctor must ensure that screws are of fine quality and are corrosion free.

Our body has a self built mechanism wherein all the body tissues have the ability to recreate themselves when held together. Same is the case with bone tissues as well. In case of severe fractures a bone plate is surgically implanted to hold the affected bone. While implanting bone plates the following points must be remembered:

1. Utmost care must be taken regarding the bone plate design, material used and biocompatibility.

2. The bone plate must be strong enough to take up the load of the body which was actually taken care by the bone affected.

3. Along with being strong it must be stiff as well so as to ensure that it sticks to the bone it is attached to.

4. The bone plate must be non toxic and corrosion free.

Once metal and steel were considered the best bone plate materials. But as time passed and technology changed, so did the materials. These days, bone screws and bone plate providers are many. It is very essential that before buying bone screws and plates from a vendor to ensure that they match the World Health Standards.
