Saturated fat is a type of fat that are made by your body. It cannot be gotten directly from a dietary source instead but vegetable oil, coconut oil and other best cooking oil contains high level of saturated fat which is very essential for your health. Saturated fat has a lot of negative criticism by some nutritionists that it is one of the major causes of heart disease. However, this claim has no scientific proof. The benefits of saturated fat are much more than the supposed danger.

The most shocking news about saturated fat is that it is the most needed mineral that helps the heart to function properly. Yes, it is the most preferred fuel for the heart. During times of stress, the reserved saturated fat fuels the heart to enable it to run properly. This type of fat is the most needed fat for building damaged tissues in the heart and also prevents heart lesions. A research that was carried out recently in Canada showed that animals that are been fed with food that contains canola oil, developed heart lesions. But when they started feeding on food that contains saturated fat, they no longer hard heart lesions.

In addition, saturated fat is also good for cholesterol. It helps to raise the level of LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol in the body system. Vegetable oil and other edible oil in India can produce saturated fat in your body system that will enhance and build your immune system which will fight against diseases. Adequate intake of food that contains saturated fat will help to protect your cell membranes and also ensure its integrity and stiffness. Meanwhile, this will help to protect our cell against virus attacks. If your cell wall contains 20 percent Tran’s fat, your cells will be weak and distorted and this can expose you to infections and you will become prone to any type disease.

As we can see from here that good cooking oil brands will always keep us healthy and strong. It has a lot of benefits that our body will enjoy to be active all day long. Saturated fat contains short and medium fatty acids which includes; capric, lauric and caprylic acidsalso which protects the cells wall from harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, parasites, fungi and other harmful infections. Saturated fat has a lot of benefits that I may not be able to mention here but the most important thing however, is that it is not harmful and can not cause any damage to your body system. Edible oil in India and other cooking oil brands is highly recommended by nutritionist. It is highly beneficial to health in many ways.

People who have suffered various disease in time passed has now gotten a solution to their problems. A recent study showed that 90 percent of people who are eating food that contains saturated fat will not easily fall ill due to a stronger cell wall that is now present in the body system. If you want to stay healthy and strong, then use edible oil in India to prepare your meal.
