A local company specializing in corporate catering is now offering delicious goodies available just in time for Mother’s Day.

From Cookie Bouquets to Box Lunches and Party Platters, Ingallina’s Box Lunch is gearing up for one of the biggest holidays of the season. “A lot of people don’t realize that we do gift baskets for both corporate and individual gifting” says Patty Bradley, Director of Promotion and Marketing. “Because the bulk of our sales come from breakfast and lunch delivery, we are able to offer great gifts at very affordable prices.”

One of their best sellers is a cookie bouquet. For around $15 you get three fresh baked Shortbread cookies in a vase, along with a gift card, delivered to your (or your recipient’s) office or doorstep. They also offer Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Cake bites, and of course an array of cookies and brownies. “Our customers are very passionate about their Lemon Poppyseed Cookies!” Says Sonia Valle, Office Manager of the Portland, Oregon location.

Ingallina’s prides itself on the freshness and quality of all of their products. The kitchen staff start between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning, baking cookies and cutting produce. “Every piece of lettuce, every grape is examined before it leaves this kitchen.” Says Patty. “Our customers demand nothing but the best, and that is what we get them!”

Whether you are looking for the perfect gift basket, or putting on a delicious Mother’s Day Breakfast, Ingallina’s Box Lunch has just what you need. With large free delivery areas throughout Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles, the value of their products is hard to beat! Visit their website at www.ingallina.net to view their items and place your order!
