Any Indian even though settled abroad always looks for Indian Recipes as the taste is really unbeatable. Indian Recipes consists of more of spices and a homely taste. In Indian recipes or meal the main course is always a chapatti or rice and the remaining varies from taste to taste and person to person. There is so much variety that each one can have something of his own choice. Even for a lighter section soups are also available that carries a good amount of vitamins within them.
Recipes from India mostly consist of ingredients that originate in India or are harvested in India. These recipes are divided into two section Vegetarian recipes and nonvegeterian recipes.
In order to add varieties in case of vegetarian recipes the major product is based on paneer, green vegetables, Manchurian. Each vegetarian recipe has its own identity. Vegetarian Recipes are made in such a way that all the vitamins, fat, carbohydrates are in balanced amount and are consumed to make your body fully active. Not to forget vegetarian recipes give a lot of fibre to our body and is the best for aged people. Another segment is of nonvegeterian recipes. As we all are aware that nonvegeterian food consists of more protein and really give a lot of energy to the body. This nonvegeterian recipes food maintains the body’s immune system. This non vegetarian food makes your body fight against foreign bodies. In terms of Non vegetarian recipes the sportsman and the athletes are the best target consumers. It is really difficult for the old people to digest it as it is really heavy. The nonvegeterian recipe includes fish, meat, prawns etc. It also includes sea food which is delicious and at the same time it is fulfilling.
All the recipes have their own importance and usage depending upon what is our own requirement which one would be the best for you. A recipe that makes your body fit and productive is always best for you.
