Once you have found such a place sit in a comfortable and relaxed position with closed eyes and then start concentrating on the processes of inhalation and exhalation of breathing. Initially you may find it a bit difficult in concentrating but with regular practice you will definitely be able to do it in an efficient manner. In this technique you will have to pick a mantra which you like the most and then keep on repeating it mentally or loudly. These techniques of meditation help in developing mental focus, concentration and awareness. They also help in achieving relaxed state of mind thereby reducing stress and tension.
