Thus every health conscious individual should watch his diet and physical activity, and
exercise regularly to prevent from this order.
Hypocalcaemia is another common disorder that is among top items of the current health issues list. This disorder is the result of inadequate intake of calcium or the loss of calcium from the body. Sometimes, adequate intake of calcium is not sufficient to prevent from hypocalcaemia as the body loses its ability to bring it into circulation due to some other reasons, such as the lack of Vitamin D. This health issue is often without symptoms initially, and hence remains undetected, but it may result in serious problems if prolonged. This disorder is even more common in middle-aged women due to certain hormonal changes, and if uncured, results in many bone related diseases in old age.
Besides these, current health issues include fibromyalgia, headaches, and many other gastric problems.
