Role of Technical Training in the Nation Growth
Technical training is the foremost factor for producing quality engineers and other technical professionals because for delivering quality technical results, one should be well trained on the respective technology. Especially in a country like India where the national growth is majorly depends upon engineers. Engineers must possess solid technical knowledge for performing their task up to the mark, so that their efforts can contribute in the national growth.
But unluckily in India, engineers are lacking quality somehow. The major reason behind this is negligence towards importance of technical training among engineering students. As in the current engineering teaching scenario technical skills and training are being completely ignored. Technical training, practical's and laboratory sessions are just for formality. No one takes pain for technical and practical training of engineering students. This is leading to poor quality engineering and other technical working professionals, as they lack basics of their technology and results in poor quality technical output. In the few previous year the demand of engineering graduates have decreased at a great rate because of their not upto the mark technical skills and qualities.
Just because the engineering graduates lacks technical skills, the employment rate among engineering students have decreased rapidly. And due to this the rate of economic growth of the nation has slowed down. In a country like India where IT market is so large, the rate of well trained I.T. professionals should very high but it is not exactly like this. India don't have ample number of well trained I.T. professionals to work in the Indian I.T. market. This is all just because of carelessness for technical training. Technical is the most important aspect of engineering studies. Without technical training engneers are like soldier without a weapon. It is a duty of every technical students to take their technical training very grievously.
If students are finding it so hard to gain quality training on their respective domain they can go for well renowned training companies. There are few I.T and embedded system development companies especially in noida which do offers technical training programs too. Students can gain some quality technical skills while doing internship in these development and training companies. Students from I.T and Computer Science stream can go for java training or .net training and other training programs and students from core stream like electronics and communication can elect embedded system training, advanced embedded system training and other also. The motive of these standard training companies is to impart industry level technical skills in the students.
For the students who are desperately looking for standard training in order to build a successful career must go for these training companies so that they can learn industry level technical attainments and can march ahead towards a great future. Moreover these training companies helps students while searching for a job, as these training companies provides some premium services for their trainees like placement assistance services where these companies conducts interview of their trainees in the companies with which these training companies are having tie up's and second big advantage which these training companies provides in post training assistance i.e. students can revise their whole training even after completion of their training for next two year.
