A client servicing manager is of great importance to the advertising agency. He is responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of the clients with regards to communication and brand positioning. The key responsibilities are management of internal workflow and development of strong partnerships with clients. Other responsibilities are to inform the clients about agency departments. They need to submit proposals to the clients, manage the budget of advertising and keeping the clients up-to-date with all the necessary information. They also have to negotiate with media on behalf of the clients.
• Real estate consultant
They are also termed as home hunter. The requirements of the customers should be aligned in the broader market scenario. Thus, a lot of value can be delivered in an unstructured and complex marketplace. The services of a real estate consultant includes analysis of area sales statistics, showing properties, examine contracts and deals. He should have good negotiation skills for achieving success in this field.
• Disaster management expert
Control disaster includes several activities that are required to be carried out when a disaster strikes. An advance notice may be issued for informing the people and mitigating the proposed damage. This is done by using various resources that are available. These resources aim at rehabilitation and relief. Disaster management experts should have all the essential skills for management and mitigation.

Footwear products are designed by a shoe technologist according to latest trends. However, he is the one who also decides the kind of material that should be used. Requisite technical know-how is used by him for enhancing the footwear’s performance. He has to spend a lot of time with engineers and designers in order to review testing results and product designs. A lot of research has to be done by him for generation of new concepts.
• HR manager
An HR manager is responsible for handling various aspects that are related to human resources. This includes training, recruiting, performance updates and team building, employee policy, increments, benefits and salary. It also includes staff amenities and healthy and safety of the employees. He also has the responsibility to mobilize the work force towards the accomplishment of the plans and objectives of the company.
