The best time to visit this unique city is during November through February season when it is comparatively dry and the temperatures skirts around the 20 degree Celsius. One may also visit in the month of February to April when the climate is not too terrible. Summers should be avoided as this time is hot, uncomfortable and muggy. Typhoon season must also be avoided that falls between June and October. The months of August and September experiences extreme windy and wet weather. This time is not suitable for exploring the city.
