The town of Pondicherry will let you have a close glimpse of the French architecture and history through its churches and local attractions. Even though the town still keeps its French connection alive, the temples have their own charm and are drenched in the rich southern heritage. The hill station of Ooty will leave you spellbound with the rose garden, Ooty lake, deer park, thread garden.
