The outbound call center try to generate the revenue earned from the existing customers on behalf of the company. They locate the targeted audience and call them up to inform them about the product. The telemarketing and the lead generation helps the callers to enhance the sale.

The call center pursues the outbound calling campaigns and some of the other marketing campaigns that try to initiate the sale of the products to the customers. The callers try to change the customers they are calling to prospective buyers. But there are some of the issues that affect the outbound calling. This is mainly due to the customer pressure that affects the make an impact on the cold calling.

There are some of the legislative and the cultural issues that affect the outbound calling system and this need a sensitive way of dealing. The issues might earn a bad name for the outbound call center dissatisfying the customer and the clients. Thus the call center should take a proactive step to do with out the problem.

1.The outbound callers should not indulge in messing with the privacy of the customer. They should take care that they don’t intrude on the personal life and choices of the customer. There are at times that the callers are driven by the business and they become intrusive in nature. If the caller gets intrusive this makes the customer defensive and the prospect of the call might irate them. So the callers must try to build a trust so that they can ward of the tint of negative feeling from the customer and make feel interested towards the product for which they have called. They should have the right information so that they can convey the goal of the client to the customer.

2.Outbound calling is a challenge to the callers. The whole process comes very hard on them. There are some of the customers that do not welcome the outbound callings. So the callers might have to face the rudeness, lack of interest and refusal from the customers. So the callers must be trend to acquire new means of technology, proper scheduling call and blending procedures, proper working atmosphere. If the callers know the technology well this might interest him to make the calls to the customers and try out new ways to make then buyers of the products for which they have called the customer.

3.Generally the outbound call center under take the offshore campaigns that are done so that they can make wider approach to the targeted mass but this in return might draw less profit if the offshore call center agents are not skilled and trained. The call center should make it sure that they should train these offshore callers properly so that they can match with the services that they provide to the customers and earn the revenue from the customers on behalf of the clients.

4.The process of call calling is forbidden in some of the countries so this has some how affected the reach of the outbound call centers to the targeted customers.
