Most of us spend time watching browsing through our net or watching TV during our free time and so on. There are people who spend all their time in it. Over a period of time all these have become easy, with the advancement of technology. We have a lot of development over the recent past. If we have to look back about ten years from now, we had televisions, phones and internet. However, how many of them used all these facilities. Let us look at things one by one to get a better understanding.

To start with let us take talk about the phones we have today. Looking at the history, we know Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone. It is because of this invention that we have seen lot of this world and enjoy what we are doing today. We know during the early days, phones were did not have many facilities. It was even difficult to make a call and most of the calls that were made were short distances. People had to wait for hours to get connected with long distance calls within a nation. So forget we cannot say a word about international calls. Years have changed situations and we can now talk all day long with all our relatives and friends, doesn’t matter which corner of the world he or she lives in. Modern day phone have numerous additional features. If you are a person who does not understand much of technical terms then, I can say the modern phones have memory space to the names and numbers of our friends and family.

The internet was a result of some visionary thinking that people had somewhere in the 1960’s. They were the people who had a great potential value in allowing computers to share information on research and development. The Internet was designed in part to provide a communications network that would work even if some of the sites were destroyed by nuclear attack. If the most direct route was not available, routers would direct traffic around the network via alternate routes. The early Internet was used by computer experts, engineers, scientists, and librarians. There was nothing friendly about it. There were no home or office personal computers in those days, and anyone who used it, whether a computer professional or an engineer or scientist or librarian, had to learn to use a very complex system.

The invention of television was quite different from those of the phone and internet. The early inventors attempted to build a mechanical television system based on the technology of rotating disks. The first kind of electronic televisions was built using a cathode tube which was developed independently by and English inventor. It was only after 1904 color TV came into existence. Today, we can create new and better ways of viewing television, yet the old systems, such as the NTSC, are used as basic structure to improve upon, such as HDTV. HDTV is defined as a television system that differs from current television systems in that it's five times the increase in visual information detail, 10 times the color information, more than double the horizontal and vertical resolution, substantial improvement in picture brightness, over a one-third increase in aspect ratio, and sound quality equivalent to digital compact disc audio.

Also, there are many service providers and you get different kinds of offers. The competition between these competitors is so high that each of them tries to provide best qualities services. Today, you can get all the above mentioned services from one single provider. For example service providers like Xfinity Bundle Deals, you can choose the bundle you want. This is available with other providers as well. Bundled services have big advantage, and gives to a better customer service.
