The training service is a service that runs parallel to all types of recruitment services. The hiring agencies offers a complete recruitment service by also training the selected candidates to be job-ready before they enter the client’s company. They include trainings like sales, AutoCAD, cost estimation, construction related jobs, design engineering. Also blue-collared training for labourers, plumbers, drivers, painters, plasterers, carpenters etc.
Hence recruitment in the infrastructure sector is yet to be maximized and explored thus paving the way for maximum business opportunities today.
