Opening up a HR department within a company is no small ordeal. A professional employer organization is a type of company, which serves medium or small sized business ventures by taking charge of their entire human resources division from the outset. It helps those small or medium sized businesses from investing some really hefty funds into attaining and maintaining additional employees.
