Onboarding is the operation through which a newly employee gets acquainted with the organization and adapts his skills and behavior to suit the organization. Also, the employee gains knowledge that will be required by him as a member big corporates. It helps the firm manage new employees and reduces the time taken by the employee to reach his optimal level. Thus, the outcome of such exercises is that the employee performs better and is satisfied with his job. The operation onboarding includes a set of activities like presentations, seminars, meetings, orientations, and other group activities to mold the individuals into one uniform and single unit. When an employee joins a new firm, the environment is different and so it takes time for him or her to get used to it. If the person is extroverted, it might not take much time.
