The word ethanol Articles"> Bio-Ethanol sounds highly technical but in essence, it is a form of natural alcohol that is produced by the fermentation process of sugar. This fermentation process is also applicable in case of a wide variety of agricultural products. In this process, mainly wastes of those crops are used that are glucose based, for example potatoes, maize and wheat and these in turn are used to generate fuel. The specialty of this fuel is that it is non-toxic in nature because of which it is pleasing to the senses.

Your home need not necessarily have a fireplace or chimney for using Bio-Ethanol fires; hence, you do not have to spend much on construction works. The Bio-Ethanol fire looks compatible with the interiors of any room you choose; therefore, you do not have to bother for hiding the cables of your room. The best part of Bio-Ethanol fuel is that while burning it does not produce much carbon dioxide and water vapor. As a result, you will not find any ash, soot or dust in the fireplace of your room. For best results, always use such type of fuels having at least 96.6% of alcohol content.

The fuel causing the Bio-Ethanol fire to burn is very clean and produces natural flame without leaving any residue. The Bio-Ethanol fireplaces are portable enough so there is no need for any connection plug since the source of power is the fuel itself. All you need is the fireplace and the fuel alone for feeling the comfort and the warmth.

Again, no fossil fuel is used for preparing bio-ethanol; rather it is derived from renewable natural resources. When you light it up, it burns without damaging the natural environment because there are no harmful emissions. Moreover, this is a quite relevant factor in lowering the impact of the environment on our home-planet earth.

Generally, various models vary in their installation times but in practice, many of the bio-ethanol fires do not require any considerable amount of time for their installation. However, when you plan to attach the fireplace to a wall then it does not take more than one hour.

Thus, we come to the conclusion that a bio-ethanol fireplace is very safe provided you take the same type of precautions that you take with any other source of fire. In addition, no carbon monoxide is used during the entire burning process because the burning fuel is uncontaminated.
