Also you should decide on what kind of a household you are going to be. Whether it’s going to be more independent or more as a group? Whether you all are going to eat together and make use of any communal living rooms.

In case of Edinburgh flats to rent as a group there are several other factors that you need to look into. For example, you must ensure that the bills are in joint names. This will prevent one person being chases for the payment. Importantly, also decide at the start of the tenancy if smoking will be allowed in the house. Also make rules regarding late night parties in the house i.e. only on weekends.

It is important that you take care of these factors at the beginning to ensure that your tenancy term passes smoothly.
