The tough economic conditions which we are experiencing now can be worse in the near future of the sales recruitment and marketing recruitment, in these conditions it can become harder to motivate your employees to carry on their tasks which have been assigned to them. The function of human resources consultants in these types of conditions is very important. We are aware that people are giving their best in the hope that they will stay clear of cutting a block if staff needs to be let go. It will really create bad morale for the team work.

So what are the steps that the department of Sales recruitment can take in such a critical condition .These are some motivational steps or the tips which help their employees to perform better at work and also for their company.

• To acknowledge the special day of employees

• We must provide the employees what they want

• Allowing employees to space out

• Rewarding employees for their performances

These points are as explained below

#1 To acknowledge the special day of employees

HR consultancy must acknowledge or recognize the employees achievements like

• End of financial year

• Quarterly targets

• Big off deadlines

An employee who gets cared by its company will be more likely to perform better to give that feeling back.

# 2 HR consultants should provide the employees what they want

There is a very simple fact that people or employees need some rest or downtime to perform or to work better in high pressure situations. Although the majority of the time of the employee is supposed to be applied for the task which he has been assigned, but now companies are allowing the employees to work some project in which company is not associated.

# 3 Allowing employees to space out

According to the study performed by the University of Melbourne Australia, it explains that people who log in to their Facebook and twitter accounts are more dynamic employees. So, HR departments should allow the employees for some space out.

# 4 Rewarding employees for their performances

We must reward employees for their best performances in any company or organization. The process of rewarding employees is the best way for the HR department to motivate the employees.
