Facilitation Techniques- an Imperative
There are many obstacles in a corporate world and one of the biggest being consistently productive meeting. In any corporate office, there is always a meeting going on generally each week. There are various projects and agendas in hand that need special care and attention and for this very reason, meetings are inevitable. Everyone in the meeting gathers chitchats and then returns to discuss the main topic of the meeting. There are many set of objectives in these meetings, which need to be resolved. Some are resolved while some of the problems are left alone so that they can get themselves resolved. It is not possible to look after all problems but the minor ones are generally ignored. After a meeting the general scenario is the main contents of the meeting is forgotten. Here comes the importance of a facilitator.
