Most photocopiers will copy in colour or black and white and some will take special types of paper for printing companies who need to print on a range of materials. When companies are choosing photocopiers the speed at which they copy tends to be one of the most important factors closely followed by the cost of replacement ink or toner cartridges. Retailers who sell photocopiers and multifunction printers may offer a rental scheme for businesses who don’t want to own their own machines as well as full purchase options.
