The best way to deal with wart infections is to go for an effective wart removal. Since the sight of warts infection could be so embarrassing, it is common to find people using cosmetics, clothes and other such measures to cover their warts infected body spots. In addition, it could be so frustrating when all treatment options have failed to deal the needed blow to your wart infection, after a long time of wart treatment.

Though wart is ordinarily a benign kind of tumor or skin growth, caused by human HPV virus, which seems to affect only a spot of the body when it initially appears, yet some types of warts could be contagious and can easily spread to other parts of the body after infecting one spot of the body. This completely depends on the type of warts infection a person is suffering from.

There are various types of warts based on the nature of their infection or their causes. These include but not limited to plantar warts, common warts, genital warts, hand warts, filiform warts, oral warts and flat warts, seed warts and periungual warts. Among these, common warts is considered to be the most prevalent, attacking fingers, and nails, while genital warts is considered to be the most serious type since it is also seen as a sexually transmitted disease. The type of wart affecting a person also plays a major role in the type of warts treatment to be adopted. But, in all, warts removal has proven to be the universally effective wart treatment medium for all types.

There are different types of wart treatment available; however, three among them are the most outstanding that assure effective wart removal. They include, but not limited, to

1. Over-the-counter products for warts treatment,

2. Home remedies for warts treatment or natural warts removal and

3. Wart removal surgery

Each individual makes a choice for what method fits his or her case better. However, it is better to be in consultation with a qualified dermatologist so as to be well educated on the type of warts affecting your body and the possible treatment that will prove effective for such type of warts infection.

The most popular over-the-counter products for warts removal include products that contain salicylic acid. There are also products like wartrol, healwarts and dermisil.

Home remedies for warts treatment include Aloe Vera, marigold, aspirin and olive oil mixtures, toothpaste and apple cider vinegar, potatoes, limes and lemons, castor oil and calcium supplements, dandelion. Epsom salt and water or baking soda and water, also offer effective warts treatment. There is also cryotherapy, which is otherwise known as nitrogen freezing.

You can also opt for any of the wart removal surgeries. Laser surgeries with state-of-the-art technologies for invasive surgeries help people with stubborn kind of warts. Nevertheless, it must be noted that since warts are caused by human HPV virus, laser surgeries help only to remove the external infection, while further treatment is needed to get read of the virus. Pulsed dye and carbon dioxide surgeries are the most common type of wart removal laser surgeries.
