Bladder Cancer and the Alternative Cancer Treatments
What is the bladder?
The urinary bladder or in very simple terms known as the bladder is a hollow organ seen in a person’s pelvis. Most of the bladders lie in the pubic bone of the pelvis yet it can lengthen itself up until the lower part of the abdomen.
What is the primary function of the bladder?
The principal function of the bladder is to store urine which drains and directly stores in it which in turn emanates from the kidney through the tube-like structures called the ureters. Both ureters open from both the kidneys into the urinary bladder. Plain and simple, the bladder works as a reservoir of urine which steadily stretches to soak up the urine in the body. Every so often, the bladder expands itself and contracts to get rid of urine through the urinary passage into the toilet.
The bladder is made up of three layers. The inner layer of the bladder is the primary tissue which is constantly in contact with the urine and is called mucosa. The middle layer of the bladder is called lamina propria, this serves as the boundary of the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the bladder. Lastly, the outermost part of the bladder is called muscularis which is also known as the thickest layer of the bladder wall.
Exactly how do people get bladder cancer?
Bladder cancer begins at the deepest layer of the bladder. The cancer usually starts off after repeated bladder inflammations or if the individual has bladder stones or there is any urinary system problems. This boosts the risk of developing a cancer. There are also some individuals who were born with birth defects, or sometimes because of the family history.
Some symptoms of bladder cancer
1. Blood clots in the urine
2. Pain while urinating
3. Urinating small amounts of urine frequently
4. Frequent urinary tract infections

Alternative cancer treatments for bladder cancer
The best method to prevent bladder cancer is to stay away from exposure to dangerous elements which increase the risk for disease. People who usually smoke 3 to 4 times a day have greater chances of getting bladder cancer than those who do not smoke. You will find cancer treatment centers that advise alternative cancer treatments to a lot of their patients. Patients also are encouraged to lessen their smoking, chemical exposure and poor diet.
Best food to consume which help fight and prevent bladder cancer
