2- Narrow down your topic. You have to create narrow down your topic into segments so your message will be delivered clearly and concisely.

3- Think of what you want your booklet to achieve. Is it to give additional information to your target audience? Is it to serve as a marketing tool? Is it to generate leads for you? Or all of the above.

4- Create an interesting design that will capture people’s attention. It’s important that you draw people’s eyes to your material. This is the best way to get them interested in what you have to tell them. You can always include graphics on the cover to make the material visually appealing. A strong and catchy headline will also be ideal.

5- Make your message simple and easy to understand. Use a language that your target audience will easily understand. It’s best if you make your message conversational so your readers can easily grasp your message. Use simple fonts and words. If your readers have to use a dictionary to understand the words you used, your booklet will likely get thrown away easily.

6- Put your logo and contact details. Your booklet is still a marketing material so you need to put your logo and contact details on it. This will help people recognize you easily and see you as a professional and established business.

7- Get them printed effectively. How your booklets are printed will determine how people will react to your material. Make sure that you print high quality booklets that will show your target audience that you are somebody worthy of their time and attention.
