Government has been running many types of College grants to help such needful students but the thing is that whether it is reaching the proper ones or not. Also the other type of the grant is the Commercial grant that can be given in the form of financial help only .It is basically for those types of persons those who want to setup their business on a some small scale or even the medium scale .So the commercial grant is given to them but the difference here is that this grant has to be repaid after well establishing your business after some fixed period of time. Also there will be some interest over all these commercial grants as they are commonly known as the loan amount that has got some rate of interest which has to be repaid to the payee bank after some fixed amount of time. So we needs to pay this amount to the bank.

Also it is also clear that these types of grants are basically the government grants , as all the above two are given by one or other means of the government .But there should be special care should be taken that these help in the term of finance or some other thing is reaching the proper person or not. If it is not reaching the proper ones then it should be complained to the higher officials in order to maintain the transparency within the complete system. As it is our duty that we should try to repay this amount to the government one we are capable enough to do so honestly.
